my sister and her oh-so-fake-homophobia (she was gay too some time ago), asked me one time why the yoshi would be interested in the ishi (in the sexual sense of liking someone)

man... what kind of question is that?!?! how should i know? it's not like i've actually spoken to either of them... i just read signs... that's all... and read other peoples' readings of the signs...

anyway, that made me wonder... i thought i should know the answer but in all honesty, i have no idea: what would make a girl like another girl?

... i know i've said here before (somehow) that gender and sexual qualities are secondary to personality and compatibility... but i've always felt drawn to one side WAY more than the other...
guys i like tend to be bestfriend material rather than boyfurendo types...

like girls will always be worth the effort, whatever the circumstance... guys are high maintenance... i think... LOL
