random rants and ramblings... (round 2)
... in one forum in the yossui thread, they're now talking about yossui in action flicks... and transcending gender...
since i was just talking about Rika in yoyo girl cop, i'll stick to the action flicks topic for now...
well, she's athletic and strong so stunts won't look weird on her...
action flicks... ... IshiYoshi in one action flick... ... hm... ... I don't know if i like that idea (of course in the context of pure IshiYoshi worship, i'd love the idea...)
... Rika=mean girl ; Yossui=???
well, if they do get casted, they'd be on opposite sides and would end up kicking each other's ass... the carino brutal in ganko is enough IshiYoshi violence for me...

WHY?!?!?!
Just now, my mom burst into my room... She was all hysterical about me surfing the net now... It's like I'm not doing anything else except updating my fic... EXCUSE ME?!
Obviously, it was my sister who solicited for their sympathy...
Come on, haven't they heard of multi-tasking?!
Yes, I'm updating my fic now... also researching for my Political science class tomorrow and writing a paper for theology...
What they don't know is that my dear sister is just using our internet connection to play Audition Online... Her connection is on DSL paid for by my folks, and mine is on dial-up on which I spend on myself... Can you believe that?! She's freaking 21! So immature...
My dad's all psycho about how much I spend to go online, 100 pesos (about US$ 2.50) for 20 hours on blissful 44kbps tops...
Whatever...
I sooooo want to leave this place... Starting tomorrow, I'll spend 10 hours of my weekdays in school... I spend 1 hour commuting (1 way)... So I can spend 12 hours away from the house...
I need my IshiYoshi!!

I got bored with life in the now so i went back to my old illegally downloaded files... ^.^ ...
anyway, I stumbled upon those videos where they split up MM and did Do It! Now in groups of three... I got the Rika, Mari, Mako and the Yossui, Konkon, Ai videos... so I thought of doing an IshiYoshi Mix of Do It! Now...
Here comes the annoying part: they sing the same parts!!!! as in the same lines and their solos shots in the videos appear the same time!!!!
I have a feeling Tsunku foresaw this... that's why he made them sing the same parts. So that if a jackass like me tries to make an ishiyoshi mix, the ishiyoshi is only about 1/3 of the song... everything else is somebody else's...
So what I did was to mix the ishiyoshi parts and then insert them into the original Do it! Now (the one still with Goto Maki) ...
In fairness, it didn't sound bad... actually, Rika's and Yossui's voices sound nice together... it's easy to balance too because yossui's voice takes on the lower frequency while rika's takes on the higher frequency... I just had to adjust the audio gain to mix it with the original without sounding a bit off...
About a year ago, I thought about going into music... Well, I really am into music right now (I'm in a band) but back then I wanted to go into the more technical aspects... like audio editing and sound engineering... that's a good starting point for producing...
... I'm just bouncing the tracks now... hopefully everything would turn out okay...

Yesterday, my rabu-rabu and I passed by Quiapo on the way home from school.
Now this place, Quiapo, is notorious for piracy. So I was just observing the people around and I saw this store selling pirated DVD's.
I just wanted to joke around when I entered the store. I really didn't want to buy anything.
H!P hasn't really infiltrated popular media here unlike Johnny's (through Gokusen and Hana Yori Dango)... so I thought that I'd ask for something H!P (since I didn't think they had anything H!P)... so I asked for Yo-yo Girl Cop (I used the international release title to emphasize the point to myself that there's nothing H!P there)
Lo and behold, the lady from the store said they had that. I was flabbergasted. like, "WHAT!?!"
I checked it out... It really was the Sukeban movie starring Matsuura Aya (who celebrated her birthday yesterday... Happy Birthday, Aya) and my object of worship Ishikawa Rika.
... They don't have it in legal stores and it's really expensive to have one shipped here... so I contemplated whether I should buy it or not...

WHY?!?!?!
... my sister sucks...
I was watching Ore ga Aitsu Aitsu ga Ore this morning on my laptop and I didn't notice her walk by... She looked at what I was watching exactly on the part where the guy in Yossui's body (i don't have subtitles so i can't catch their names from the dialogue) was gazing at Rika who was looking out the window. The moment she saw Yossui and Rika in the scene she yelled: "EEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWW YURI!!!!!"
...i pretended that i didn't notice that she existed... but man... she really has issues...
come on! it was just a movie... the "yossui" there was a guy!!!
sometimes i just want to bite her head off... just so i can live in peace...
good thing she doesn't know my username at the forum where i post my fic... or else, i'm pretty sure she'll be checking it out...

... sometimes I wonder how authentic H!P people are... since Tsunku and UFA has a say in their image and how they project themselves, I wonder how much of their real selves seep into the image...
Sometimes, in sudden fits of paranoia... I start thinking: What if Yossui being paired up with everybody was actually planned by UFA? Like, to sell more...
What if the netas were set up?
and then... I say: Nahhh...
In a forum, they had a poll and they asked who they think was the most authentic H!P person and most people voted for Yossui... which is ironic since she has such a boyish image while MM girls say she is really girly in person*...
*this is in wiki... i think...
Don't get me wrong... I'm not saying that she's not authentic... But hey have been packaged by an entertainment company, after all...
But looking at her mannerisms and habits, speech patterns and general appearance, SHE IS SUCH A GUY!!!!
*sigh* ... but i still firmly believe that IshiYoshi is the real thing... I'm not saying they're together (as in together)... or that they're sleeping with each other(but idea is very much welcome here)... but i believe they're special in each other's eyes...
I don't care if it's truth or just interpretation... Their rabu-rabu seeps through my monitor everytime I see neta... of just pics of them together... i can count the times that i didn't swoon at the sight of them or fantasize IshiYoshi rabu-rabu in fics...

... for a while I was under the impression that there were less IshiYoshi fans than other Yo pairings... but yesterday i IM'd with this Yomiki fan and she said that she thinks it's the other way around...
... I guess I haven't been in the field for a long time... I don't know shit... so last night I checked out this one forum and they have a poll on which is the best Yo pairing... and IshiYoshi is leading... I felt happy... My sister, just to spite me, said she liked Yomiki better... As if I give a hoot...
Anyway, I received an email again from the insane skeptic... i deleted the thing without reading it...

I was browsing through my H!P files today and I saw an OPV for the Yoyo cop Asamiya Saki movie with Matsuura Aya and Charmy Ishikawa... then it just hit me that Rika has an affinity with the letter Y (pretty shallow and unsubstantiated but i just wanted to "say" it out "aloud" into the internet)
